Interesting and Easy Read

The book arrived quickly and in brand new, perfect condition. So far, I have read the first two chapters of this book for a class I am taking. The book is interesting, easy to follow, and full of helpful information. The real case studies included at the end of each chapter are great to read, though the author leaves the ending open for the student to propose solutions. The book's appendix has several helpful resources such as steps to analyze case studies/business problems and sample business letters, memos, and other written communications.

This may have just been another text book in the pursuit of my degree, but it turned out to be so much more than that. This book is to writing in business as Dale Carnegie's work is to being a success at interpersonal and motivational skills.

Useful Beyond the Classroom

This was assigned reading for one of my college classes. I rented the book, but ended up purchasing a copy. I really like how the book is laid out. The information is practical and useful in every day situations. The case studies are interesting. I will use this book beyond the classroom.
